COURSE CONDITIONS

Upon using finance for any of our services you must be sure that the service and payment plan selected is right for you before signing up to the finance agreement. 

You will have 3 stages of the booking process before you agree and sign the contract, this means you have 3 opportunities before signing up to decide if it is feasible for yourself. 

  1. Enquire with Miki Team / Register your interest
  2. Select your course and work out the monthly payments 
  3. Sign up to payl8r and agree to the terms of the payment set
  4. Sign the contract and begin your payment plan

We cannot offer any refunds or cancellations if you use our finance provider.

Sunday School students will be put into a group of the same level. 

You are welcome to bring your own model or book a Miki model for £25.00

You will need to let a member of the team know immediately if you need a model to be booked for any of the 6 sessions.

All models are pre booked and approved by Miki academy, if you have a model preference for age, eye shape, skin tone or skin type then please let us know at least 7 days prior to your attendance as we will not be able to adhere to last minute model requests. 

The training will be carried out by one of our trained, qualified professional tutors. You will often have between 1 and 3 tutors throughout Sunday School.

The universal online makeup course is a 6 month learning programme available worldwide. 

Upon enrolling you can use finance, pay in full or paypal. 

You have the right to withdraw from the course 48 hours after enrolment if you have not yet accessed any of the content. We can access the student portal which shows if you have logged in and viewed any of the content. There will be no refunds or cancellations once the course has been accessed. This is to protect our content from being shared or viewed. 

You will be required to attend every date you have pre booked, failure to show on any of the dates will result in a loss of learning day which means you will not be able to re book or catch up on an alternative day. Should you wish to cancel or re arrange one of your days you will be charged the day rate of £350 plus the model cancellation fee of £50 which we would still have to pay to our assigned model.

Upon purchasing any online makeup tutorial, you will automatically have access to your class for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this time the class will be removed from your student account on the Miki website. 

There are no refunds available for the online tutorials. If you are dissatisfied by the class please contact a member of the team immediately to raise your concern.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

When booking a makeup course at Miki, a deposit amount will be due (deposit amounts vary depending on course value) all deposit prices can be found on the course pages or payment page. 

This deposit secures the time, date, course, model and tutor in the diary for the duration of the course. 

All deposits taken for any booking are non refundable or transferable in the unfortunate event of a cancellation on your behalf.

Should you need to cancel or amend the booking please contact the team at your earliest convenience to discuss the booking.

Miki Makeup & Co are in no way responsible for lost personal belongings. You will be required to keep your belongings with you for the duration of your appointment / lesson.

Should you be dissatisfied with the service you have been given by any member of the Miki Makeup & Co team you have the right to make a senior member of staff aware, We are a friendly team who are trained in customer service and will always do our upmost to ensure our customers leave happy and satisfied.

We will need to address the matter on the day if this is for makeup, hair, beauty as once you leave the building we cannot uphold any complaint made towards a service that could have been rectified whilst in the building.

Further complaints should be sent via email info@mikimakeup.co.uk with the subject line “Complaints Department” we aim to deal with all complaints within 2 working days and do expect to hear from us via phone

At Miki Makeup & Co we have a strict no refund policy for any booking made and secured by deposit before the booking has taken place. 

This means if you book and pay your deposit the deposit payment will be lost should you cancel or re arrange. In extreme circumstances you may be able to re arrange a makeup course subject to availability in our diary, you must make a Miki team member aware as soon as possible. 

At any point throughout your makeup training course you are unhappy with the service, course or tutor, please make a senior member of staff aware immediately so we can address the problem and rectify. Alternatively email our HR team as soon as possible. info@mikimakeup.co.uk

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities or for any other reason in our sole discretion which We may decide.

You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if We notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before We send you the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case We have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).
